  • How are your vinyl tumblers and cups made?
    We typically use permanent vinyl for our acrylic and plastic tumblers and cups, however, vinyl can be used on any of our tumblers and cups. Permanent vinyl has a very strong adhesive which can last for up to 6 years with proper care. We cut and attach the vinyl to the tumbler or cup and allow for the vinyl's adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion. Although we use permanent vinyl because of its durability and strong adhesive, permanent vinyl can still scratch or peel. For this reason, we do offer ColorSpark Vinyl Shield, a clear mask material with an adhesive back that offers a shield of protection when applied over non-textured surfaces. Vinyl Shield's protective layer has a built in UV protection to minimize fading and will make the vinyl decal dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and protected from UV damage. We do not use epoxy or resin on our vinyl tumblers or cups.
  • How do you make your non-vinyl tumblers and cups?
    For our stainless steel tumblers and cups, and ceramic mugs, we make them using sublimation. This process offers us the ability to take beautiful designs with intricate details that we normally couldn't cut on vinyl and put those designs on to tumblers and cups. We can even customize the designs with personal photos. Sublimated designs don't scratch or peel, and designs can provide rich and vibrant colors not offered with vinyl. With proper care of sublimated items, the colors should last for a very long time.
  • What is sublimation?
    Sublimation is the chemical process of turning a solid into a gas without converting it into a liquid. To make a tumbler using sublimation we first print the design using specialty ink on to specialty paper. The paper is then attached to the substrate, i.e. tumbler, t-shirt, car coaster, etc., and heat and pressure is applied. The ink, when heated to 350 degrees, turns into a gas and impedes into the coating on the substrate, permanently adhering the design to the substrate. Now you have a high quality, permanent , peel proof design on your tumbler. With proper care, the design won't scratch, peel or flake off, however, exposing the sublimated item to high heat, sunlight or abrasives can cause the design to fade over time, so we highly recommend avoiding these to ensure the best and longest results for your sublimated items. Because the sublimation process molecularly bonds to the item, there is no need to seal the item with epoxy or resin, and sublimation items need no curing time which means we can make items in 1/4 of the time that it takes to make items with epoxy or resin.
  • Is my tumbler dishwasher/microwave safe?
    Most of our products are not microwave or dishwasher safe. Although most of our items are made using sublimation, our stainless steel tumblers are double-walled and vacuum insulated and placing them in the dishwasher can "crack" the vacuum seal, warp the tumbler and also cause the image to fade over prolonged period of time and exposure. Therefore, in order to ensure the highest quality products, we recommend the following for all our tumblers, cups and mugs: Hand washing only Do not soak in water Do not microwave Not dishwasher safe Clean the straw with a straw brush Clean the plastic slide tops often, including under the plastic gaskets Dry bamboo lids right away and do not soak in water
  • How should I care for my tumbler/cup?
    We recommend the following care instructions for tumblers/cups/mugs: Hand washing only Do not soak in water Do not microwave Not dishwasher safe Clean the straw with a brush Clean the plastic slide tops often, including under the plastic gaskets Avoid freezing and dropping tumblers For tumblers/cups/mugs with bamboo lids we recommend drying lids immediately after washing and do not soak in water for prolonged periods of time.
  • Can the Bluetooth speaker that came with my tumbler get wet?
    The Bluetooth speaker that comes with our 20oz Speaker Tumbler and 16oz 4-in-1 Speaker Tumbler is water resistant but NOT waterproof. So yes, the speaker can get wet, but we DO NOT recommend submerging it in water, for product safety. The speaker detaches from both tumblers for easy cleaning. Please do not wash the tumbler with the speaker attached and allow for the bottom of the tumbler to dry completely before reattaching the speaker to the tumbler.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing?
    Kustom orders that have been paid for and the design proof has been finalized and approved by the customer, cannot be cancelled or changed, and are a final sale. Kustom orders that have been submitted and paid for, and graphic designing has begun but the design proof has not been finalized and/or approved, can only be cancelled for a refund, minus any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us, if applicable, and a $15 design fee, if done so within 72 hours of placing the order. If cancelled after 72 hours, a store credit will be issued for the amount paid, minus the $15 design fee. Kustom orders that have been submitted and paid for, but no graphic designing has begun, may be changed or cancelled within 72 hours for a refund of the amount paid, minus any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us, if applicable. If you wish to cancel or change this type of order after 72 hours, you will be issued a store credit for the amount paid. Print-on-demand ("POD") orders may be cancelled or changed for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us, if applicable, if done so within 24 hours of placing order. A POD order may be changed or cancelled within 72 hours of placing an order ONLY if the item(s) have not been made at the time of the request and will be issued a store credit for the amount paid. POD orders that have already been made may not be cancelled or changed and are a final sale. "Ready to ship" orders maybe cancelled within 48 hours, ONLY if the order hasn't already been processed and/or shipped, and refund amount shall be the amount paid, minus any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us, if applicable.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
