Please describe the Kustom design you are looking for. Please tell us as much information as possible. If you don't know the specifics of what you want, but have a rough idea, just let us know and we can come up with some designs for you.
If you have a graphic/logo you would like to use or a reference photo, you may notate in the description and or attach a file. Please attach your highest quality photo possible (preferably >300 DPI)
Please double check spelling, names, dates, etc.
We will send you proofs before finalizing orders to ensure design satisfaction.

TLCKustomCreations will review this submission and try our best to come up with a design that works for you. Due to high sales volume, I understand inventory available can change and the product/design I want may not be available. I will receive a proof before production of product is made to ensure satisfaction.
